We created SmarterMarkets\u2122 to put a spotlight on issues surrounding trust, identity, market infrastructure and technology that we believe are important, and to see if there were others out there who felt the same way. And there were a lot of people who felt the same way.<\/p>

The podcast quickly moved into the top 1% of podcasts by listenership, and fantastic guests from across commodities, climate, and the technology space have come every Saturday to discuss how to improve our market systems to address our biggest challenges.<\/p>

But there are only 52 Saturdays in a year. It\u2019s not enough.<\/p>

So, we created SmarterMarkets Presents to take our approach to live events and conferences, partnering with the Wall Street Green Summit, WIMAR Singapore, HFW, the Financial Times, IETA, and the FIA. And now we will be introducing SmarterMarkets Coffeehouse\u2122.<\/p>

SmarterMarkets Coffeehouse\u2122 is a social media platform where these conversations we have started can continue around the clock. The media platform is powered by the first public instance of Abaxx\u2019s ID++ technology and verifiable credentials to facilitate a better social media experience and freer exchange of ideas between a network of contributors, commenters, and members.<\/p>

The platform has a look, feel, and functionality similar to LinkedIn or Twitter\/ X, however, our Coffeehouse provides different levels of access for our three types of users: contributors, commenters, and members.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We\u2019re introducing these three levels of access to support a \u201ctroll-free\u201d comment section where participants can disagree without being disagreeable. Where we can facilitate thoughtful conversations between experienced market practitioners on important issues that unfold around the world and around the clock, and our members will be able to follow them all.<\/p>

Over time, our goal is to give users an experience and ability to interact in ways that are simply not possible without our ID++ technology. Building new markets and exchanges begins with the exchange of ideas. Many of today\u2019s great exchanges were born in coffee houses, including the New York and London Stock Exchanges.<\/p>
